Our Services
Mental Health Coaching
Mental Health Coaching is a cognitive and behavioral form of strengths-based support for adults living with mental health difficulties and disorders. Mental Health Coaching is action oriented with an emphasis on improving one's present life and reaching goals for the future. Mental health coaches use a partnership model whereas the client is an active participant in their own recovery plan, the one who decides what is worth doing, while the coach provides expertise in supporting successful change and accountability to help the client stay on track.
We use Multi-Modal Coaching (MMC):MMC is based on the assumption that most psychological problems are multifaceted and multi-layered, calling for careful assessment of seven modalities. MMC addresses the fact that different people depend on or are more influenced by some modalities than others.
Peer Support
According to SAMHSA( 2023) Peer support workers are people who have been successful in the recovery process who help others experiencing similar situations. Through shared understanding, respect, and mutual empowerment, peer support workers help people become and stay engaged in the recovery process and reduce the likelihood of relapse. Peer support services can effectively extend the reach of treatment beyond the clinical setting into the everyday environment of those seeking a successful, sustained recovery process.
